Selection Criteria: The Sullivan High School Alumni Association wishes to show its appreciation to its alumni who are or have been prominent in a special area of endeavor, are or have been prominent in their profession or a combination of both. Sullivan Prominent Alumni are persons who in the area of their domain are outstanding, celebrated distinguished, eminent, famous, have shown leadership in their field and are recognized by their peers.

A person selected as one of the Sullivan High School Prominent Alumni should have made a significant contribution to their special area of endeavor, to their field, to their community or to society in general in one or more of the following categories, including, but not limited to:

Procedure: Any person can nominate a Sullivan High School attendee to the honor of Prominent Alumni upon completion of the application form and submission of the form to the Chairperson of the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee will review the application and forward their recommendations to the Executive Committee of the Sullivan High School Alumni Association for their final choice. Candidates who are accepted by the Executive Committee will be inducted as Prominent Alumni at an open meeting of the Association.
